We are searching for a Community Lending Division Business Development Manager – Events/Marketing who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our community lending initiatives, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the community lending space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and potential clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue in the community lending sector.
• Plan, organize, and execute community outreach events, workshops, and seminars to promote lending products and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of community lending programs.
• Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and establish connections.
• Track and report on business development activities, event outcomes, and marketing campaign performance.
