Role Overview

The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and market presence, generating repeat business and revenue. They will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth. They will generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Sales experience in surfaces; countertops and slabs
  • Bi-lingual (spanish and english) required
