Role Overview

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. The role will involve acquiring new and maintaining current customers, understanding their needs, and delivering the best services.

What You Will Do

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining current product knowledge, presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients, and ensuring overall sales of the assigned territory.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
• Experience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience
