Role Overview

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, building relationships, and inspiring loyalty. The role involves recommending products, informing customers of promotions, and maintaining a professional store environment.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for completing transactions accurately, maintaining inventory, and demonstrating the Cosmoprof Culture Values. They will also have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
