Global Digital Propositions Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Global Digital Propositions Marketing Manager will play a key role within Costa Coffee’s Global Digital Centre of Excellence, driving growth across UK&I Delivery and Click & Collect and supporting international markets with the tools and frameworks needed to scale digital successfully.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and deliver commercial impact, owning and championing the end-to-end delivery and Click & Collect proposition, building and nurturing strong partnerships with key third-party aggregators, and identifying, testing, and scaling innovative ideas.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Delivery and Click & Collect channels in FMCG, QSR or Grocery, with a strong understanding of how to unlock growth in a complex, multi-channel environment.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce and digital trends, with the ability to turn data and insights into clear, commercially impactful actions.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with P&L, combined with excellent analytical, trade reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, as well as manage external partner relationships.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills, comfortable working at pace, and ideally experienced in collaborating with franchise partners and navigating retail operations.
