Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- 3+ years of experience in data operations, annotation management, or business analysis in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of data structures, ontologies, and annotation workflows.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ML concepts and data requirements for model training.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and project management platforms.
