Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work with a small data team to help make better decisions at Cosuno. You will take open-ended business questions and answer them in depth, often before anyone thought to ask. You will work across product and commercial topics, closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.

What You Will Do

You will work out what drives account growth, map how customers really use the product, pick a question nobody has asked yet, and answer it, and build the dbt models and Looker views your analyses need.

You will be a good fit if you have 5+ years of experience in analytics at fast-growing startups or scaleups, ideally B2B SaaS, where your work shaped product or commercial decisions. You should have an exceptional ability to reason through ambiguous business problems, hands-on experience in both product analytics and commercial analytics, and strong SQL and professional experience with dbt and a BI tool.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics at fast-growing startups or scaleups
• ideally B2B SaaS, where your work shaped product or commercial decisions
• exceptional ability to reason through ambiguous business problems
• hands-on experience in both product analytics and commercial analytics
• strong SQL
• professional experience with dbt and a BI tool
• solid Python for analysis and scripting
• strong, hands-on familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude Code
• excellent written and spoken English
