Founding GTM Lead – Counselvise

What the person will own

• Build and execute the GTM strategy
• Create and optimise email sequences
• Build WhatsApp nurture and conversion journeys
• Work on database segmentation and activation
• Build partnerships and community-led distribution
• Create LinkedIn content and short-form videos/reels
• Run GTM experiments and improve conversion funnels
• Work closely with users to refine messaging and positioning
• Own key growth and revenue outcomes

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Strong at hands-on GTM execution
• Good at copywriting and communication
• Comfortable creating content and being on camera
• Good with CRM, automation and analytics
• Commercial, creative and data-driven
• Able to work independently and move fast

An existing relevant audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube or X is a strong plus.

Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, TaxTech, LegalTech, professional education or creator-led businesses is preferred.

CA qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.

We care more about proof of GTM execution, content ability and growth outcomes than qualifications or job titles.
