Role Overview

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will provide strategic financial leadership, maintain a hands-on role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations. This position will partner closely with the Executive Team and business leaders to support strategic decision-making, operational performance, and effective budget management across Rural King’s multiple legal entities, business units, and operating budgets.

What You Will Do

The Director will lead annual capital and long-term strategic planning activities, providing financial insights and recommendations that align resources and investments with the company’s priorities and continued growth. The Director will also implement a five-year rolling financial planning process, plan, manage, and review annual budgets, and analyze significant variances.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
