Fulfillment Operations Financial Planning Manager

Role Overview

Core FC FP&A is responsible for all financial planning and analysis for Coupang’s fulfillment operations. We establish annual budgets, closely collaborate with various stakeholders to manage fulfillment costs, and establish financial models for operational initiatives to impress customers.

What You Will Do

Establishing and managing budgets and financial plans, setting up KPIs, monitoring performance, and managing operational indicators; analyzing the profitability of new businesses and projects; analyzing actual performance against budgets; conducting data-based root cause analysis and identifying improvement tasks;

Requirements

• at least 6 years of experience in managing accounting work in a financial department
• experience working in the Tech/Online/Manufacturing industry where productivity is emphasized
• experience setting up and managing KPIs
• analytical thinking and the ability to provide solutions based on data
• leadership skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• basic SQL skills to construct and analyze basic data
