Senior FP&A

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A role is part of the Corporate FP&A team, which directs the company-wide forecast and budget process, analyzes business performance against plan, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership. The team partners closely with Finance leaders and Business Unit FP&A teams across the company to consolidate forecasts, assess business trends, and support strategic decision-making.

What You Will Do

As a Senior FP&A, you will own relationships with assigned Business Unit FP&A teams, collect and review forecasts, operate and maintain the weekly forecasting model, analyze business trends, and support monthly and quarterly planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Controllership, or related finance functions.
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large and complex financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across organizations.
