Staff, Data Engineer (Ads Ops Data Support)

Coupang is looking for a Staff, Data Engineer to join their Ads Ops Data Support team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for managing data pipelines, working with business analysts and data scientists, and defining foundational data models for core business domains. You will also design and build reliable data pipelines using modern distributed processing technologies and develop a comprehensive framework for document retention review and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant major such as computer science, engineering, etc.
• More than 10 years of practical experience
• Strong SQL
• Python, NodeJS or Other Software Engineering Language
• CICD experience with CircleCI or similar tools
• Kubernetes/Docker experience in production level
• 2+ years of experience running and monitoring the system with kubernetes
• Hive, Spark, Presto
• Data Pipeline or ETL Tool (Airflow)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously for multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced organization
