To support the People and Culture team in shaping a meaningful employee experience from hiring to exit, the Senior People Operations Analyst will drive end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, especially payroll management
- Performance management experience
- Experience driving employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and work independently
- Membership of at least one of CIPM, HRCI, SHRM or any relevant institute/association
- Tech/fintech experience is an added advantage
