Senior People Operations Analyst

To support the People and Culture team in shaping a meaningful employee experience from hiring to exit, the Senior People Operations Analyst will drive end-to-end people operations across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, especially payroll management
• Performance management experience
• Experience driving employee engagement initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and work independently
• Membership of at least one of CIPM, HRCI, SHRM or any relevant institute/association
• Tech/fintech experience is an added advantage
