We’re a Canadian tech startup looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us bring cutting-edge digital ordering & customer loyalty technology to local coffee shops & QSRs. You’ll create our content strategy and oversee its delivery, bringing in resources as needed. You’ll own all of our content channels and work with industry partners to co-create content. You’ll turn merchant data into compelling stories and create thought-leadership content that establishes Craver as an expert in the field.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Content Marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Excellent grasp of the English language, including humor, tone of voice, and nuances of the language
- Ability to analyze trends, pull insights, and use data to inform and shape content
- Familiarity with SEO and GEO principles
- Experience with video production and email marketing
- Ability to work with contractors, direct reports, and partners
- Results-driven and focused on impact, not just inputs
