Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll design and build Apex, Lightning, Flows, and CPQ solutions that power our Salesforce org, working alongside a GTM Manager and a SF admin to turn complex business requirements into scalable, well-tested code and automation.

What You Will Do

You’ll own custom development across Salesforce, build and extend Salesforce CPQ, architect for scale, integrate Salesforce with the broader GTM stack, drive quality and reliability, mentor and raise the bar, and evaluate and apply AI-assisted development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep, hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise
• Strong command of the Salesforce platform
• Comfortable with integrations and APIs
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or CPQ certification is required
• Fluent in headless, CLI-driven Salesforce development
• Hands-on with AI coding tools
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
