We are a commercial mechanical services provider seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in our commercial service and preventative maintenance agreement (PMA) business.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical services sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring revenue programs
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and building operations
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning a territory
