Revenue Operations, Sales Compensation Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations, Sales Compensation Analyst to join our APAC Sales Operations team. This role focuses on supporting sales performance analysis, quota and target setting, and sales compensation processes across APAC markets, with the role primarily based in India.

What You Will Do

Execute sales compensation cycles for assigned APAC markets, including target setting, performance measurement, and achievement tracking. Analyze sales and operational data and share practical insights with Sales Leadership. Act as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership by helping align business goals with operational planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimum direct supervision
• Detail-oriented team player who collaborates well with others and contributes positively in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Expertise essential
• Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, PowerBI, and SQL is a plus
