Role Overview

The Junior Financial Analyst assists in the analysis of assigned branches and satellite offices to provide valuable insights to corporate management. This position is heavily involved in the maintenance, management, and development of Workday, the company’s accounting management system.

What You Will Do

Learn and understand the CrossCountry Mortgage business model to provide recommendations and insights after data compilation. Provide Workday and Sigma administrative support and backup to the Controller and Financial Planning & Analysis team members currently handling certain duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Mortgage industry experience preferred, specifically as it relates to software such as Workday, EDGE, and Encompass
  • Excellent Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, financial modeling, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills
