Assistant Manager, Sales Operations and Data Quality Enrichment

CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, and this role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic team and stakeholder management as an Assistant Manager, Sales Operations and Data Quality Enrichment. The position involves driving data quality excellence while leading a team of analysts and implementing innovative solutions, automation, and AI implementation. The role requires a shift of 5pm-2am IST.

Requirements

• Advanced Salesforce.com knowledge
• Master Data Management (MDM) principles and implementation
• Proficiency in designing and managing complex account hierarchies and data relationships
• Ability to write and deploy automation scripts
• Experience implementing and leveraging AI/ML tools for data quality enhancement
• Hands-on experience with data loading tools, ETL processes, and data validation techniques
• SFDC Admin (ADM201) Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s/Post Graduate Degree required
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in sales operations, data management, or related fields
• 3-5 years leading technical teams with demonstrable results
• Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
