Role Overview

CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, protecting people, processes, and technologies. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will develop, plan, execute, and deliver pipeline through strategic joint partner marketing initiatives with Partners in North Europe.

What You Will Do

Define annual and quarterly joint marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with partners in North Europe. Develop and implement scalable partner demand generation programs to build pipeline, awareness, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing within high-technology companies.
  • Minimum 8 years of partner / channel marketing experience working across the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux.
  • Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community.
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services required; enterprise software experience preferred.
  • Event Management experience is essential, with a proven track record of owning events end-to-end.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing elements in SFDC – Campaign Codes, Reporting, Dashboards.
  • Thorough working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and social media and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals.
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
  • Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budgets that align with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong creative thinker and problem solver, driven by a bias for action.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% to be onsite with partners and to meet with sales leaders, partners, and attend events (when applicable)
