Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with the Deputy Head of Marketing to ensure the optimization of marketing platforms, systems, and processes, improving marketing and communications efficiency, effectiveness, and performance reporting.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will produce and analyze performance evaluation reports, lead discussions to ensure standards for insight and evaluation, train team members, maintain and optimize systems and tools, manage workflows, and leverage digital marketing tools.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of managing and integrating marketing platforms, systems, and processes to meet business objectives
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data management and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable, robust insights
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize efficient marketing processes and workflows
- Able to develop strong, productive relationships at all levels inside and outside of the organization to achieve business objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and adapt style to suit different audiences and stakeholders
