Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will drive incremental business growth across a diverse spectrum of our North UK and Ireland-based travel partners. This individual will drive incremental business growth through existing partners whilst simultaneously seeking out and identifying new partnership opportunities in the specified region.

What You Will Do

Balance face-to-face account visits, training sessions, industry events and virtual engagement to effectively manage and develop relationships across the territory. Strategically plan meetings both in person and over video calls. Build strong relationships with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from luxury travel advisors to the senior leadership team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales preferably luxury sales/cruise, travel or hospitality
  • Salesforce, Tableau or other CRM experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Project management
  • Proven sales success, with clearly identifiable commercial skills developed within a fast-paced sales environment
