Role Overview
The Technology Cost Accounting & FinOps Manager owns two integrated mandates for the Global Technology Organization (GTO): building the total cost of ownership (TCO) framework, financial transparency model, and business case realization, and serving as Central FinOps Owner, accountable for cloud / AI, telecom, software, and hardware spend discipline across GTO.
What You Will Do
The role ensures that technology costs are understood, allocated appropriately, and tied to value delivery. The Technology Cost Accounting & FinOps Lead partners with Finance, VMO, PMO, Supply Chain, and Technology leaders to drive cost discipline, optimize vendor and operational spending, and provide the financial insights needed to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), technology cost management, cost accounting, or FinOps management
- Strong experience with TCO models, business case development, and financial performance reporting
- Solid understanding of technology operating models, vendor contracts, and cost structures
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel, BI tools, cost modeling platforms)
