Senior Director, Energy Partnerships

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re looking for a Senior Director, Energy Partnerships to build and lead a high-impact partnerships function within the Energy Development Group, cultivating relationships and deal flow that unlock new data center opportunities at GW scale across North America.

Requirements

  • Energy Industry Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive experience in the energy sector
  • Established Industry Network: A deep, trusted network of relationships across the IPP, renewable developer, and utility ecosystem
  • Partnership & Business Development Track Record: Demonstrated success originating, structuring, and closing complex energy partnerships
  • Energy Markets Expertise: Strong understanding of U.S. power markets, utility structures and processes
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to work across internal teams
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and relationship skills
