Role Overview
The Executive – Digital Operations will be responsible for daily reconciliation and settlement of channel transactions, accounting and network settlement, and customer dispute management.
What You Will Do
The role involves daily reconciliation of all settlement, pool, and suspense accounts, customer dispute management within a specified time-attribute (TAT), and timely escalation of exceptions.
