We are hiring a Key Account Manager to strengthen our Commercial Organization in the Oslo area. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, driving product adoption, and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a scientific or commercial field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital settings
- Experience in immunology, hematology, or rare diseases
- Strong account management and portfolio planning capabilities
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Norwegian (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Vinci/Salesforce is a plus
- High digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies
