Role Overview

The Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling revenue performance by ensuring systems accuracy, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across our go-to-market organization. This is an entry-level role, great for career building.

What You Will Do

Review, validate, and process customer service orders within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and timely activation, maintain high standards of data quality across CRM and integrated business systems, and assign and track inbound and partner-generated leads.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, athletics, or extracurricular activities
  • CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excel or data analysis tools
  • Exposure to ERP or business systems is a plus
