RectorSeal is looking for a Business Development Specialist to accelerate the growth of their TRUaire and Shoemaker GRD product lines in the Western U.S. The role involves building brand presence, supporting distributors, and influencing key decision-makers through technical sales, data-driven analysis, and relationship building.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in HVAC distribution or related technical sales role
  • Strong understanding of two-step distribution and contractor engagement
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting datasets, variance comparisons)
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for building and delivering impactful product presentations
  • Bachelor’s or Technical degree preferred
