Culture Amp is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their mission to make a better world of work. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a hunter mentality, and be eager for coaching and developing sales skills. The role is a 6 month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid position of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.

- Previous experience in an outbound sales role
- Hunter mentality and not afraid of cold calling
- Passion for developing sales skills
- Engaging communication and strong storytelling abilities
