Fixed Cost Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

Cumberland Farms is seeking a strategic financial leader to own the SG&A reporting and analysis function and serve as a key business partner to senior leadership and the Global Fixed Cost team.

What You Will Do

Own SG&A reporting, hire and develop a team, partner with FP&A team, prepare and deliver department head reporting packages, perform detailed variance analysis, and develop financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A (2 years management experience), financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong experience supporting multi-site, retail, consumer, energy, or fuel-related businesses
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle EPM/Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability in P&L review, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proven ability to create and present executive-ready materials
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
