Role Overview
The Capital Markets Financial Analyst will serve as dedicated support to a New York-based top fee-earning team within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Equity Debt & Structured Finance group.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will support all phases of the financing process, including preparing detailed financial analysis and valuations, assisting in preparing proposals for new business opportunities, and summarizing and distributing feedback of the team’s marketing efforts to clients and lenders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.) preferred
- 0 to 3 years of commercial real estate financial analysis and/or finance experience
- Experience utilizing AI tools and resources
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build, analyze, and summarize complex financial models in Excel and Argus
- Strong written communication skills developing high-level analysis summaries
- Passion for client delivery, with strong emphasis on producing high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and strong personal initiative to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
