Senior Financial Analyst, Capital Markets

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales brokerage services across multiple product types. The ideal candidate will be based in Los Angeles, and available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office.

What You Will Do

Lead the execution of more complex financial analysis/modeling requests, analyze and evaluate property rent rolls and operating statements, prepare pro forma statements, and conduct audits of existing financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, etc.) preferred
• Combination of education without a degree and corporate work experience may be considered
• 3 to 4 years of commercial real estate financial analysis and cash flow modeling experience
• Extensive experience with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools required
• Strong knowledge of real estate financial concepts and cash flow underwriting fundamentals
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel
