Whatnot is a live shopping platform that allows users to buy, sell, and discover products. We’re a remote co-located team with hubs in the US, UK, Germany, Ireland, and Poland. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem solving.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
- Experience with Customer facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
