AnyDesk is seeking a highly motivated Customer Loyalty and Growth Associate to join their Customer Experience department. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and growth of their customer base.

Requirements

  • Manage the renewal process for assigned customers
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional features and connections to existing customers
  • Streamline customer management by consolidating multiple individual licenses into a single, manageable license
  • Reduce customer churn and increase retention
  • Conduct product demos and provide comprehensive support to customers
