As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them get the most out of Tenjin’s platform, optimize their user acquisition performance, and solve complex technical and marketing challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in mobile UA, game publishing, client success, ad tech, consulting, or related field.
- Native-level Mandarin and fluent English.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with dashboards, data, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers and priorities at once.
