Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, commercially mature BDM who can personally generate and qualify pipeline in the initial phase, while also helping design the repeatable sales infrastructure required to scale the function over time. The person must be hands-on in the first 3-6 months, making calls, running LinkedIn outreach, sending emails, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality meetings.
What You Will Do
Build targeted prospect lists, generate outbound pipeline, run outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns, qualify leads, conduct initial discovery conversations, identify business pain, budget potential, urgency, decision makers, and fit, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene, and provide weekly reporting.
