Senior FP&A Officer (exp. supporting AU client/business required)

Role Overview

The Senior FP&A Officer will take end-to-end ownership of financial consolidations, month-end close optimization, SaaS performance metrics, and commercial analysis. This critical role will work closely with executive leadership to bring clear financial visibility to strategic executive decisions.

The responsibilities include taking ownership of the month-end close cycle, leading the strategic transition of financial close and reporting activities, preparing accurate financial reports, and delivering monthly management accounts with commercially relevant commentary.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Proven experience operating within a B2B SaaS, subscription-based technology, or recurring revenue software business
• Demonstrated ownership of financial consolidations, multi-entity accounting, month-end close streamlining, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Deep working knowledge of subscription billing models, revenue recognition standards, and core SaaS unit economics (MRR/ARR/Churn)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for senior stakeholder management
