Requirements
- Highly driven
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Friendly, vibrant, and professional
- Direct communication style
- Able to learn and understand multiple sectors
- Experienced enough to use own approach to opening and closing calls
- Exposure and experience with dialers like Aircall, RingCentral, Five9, or GoHighLevel and VOIP systems for UK calling
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM
- Experience and exposure to calendar management for appointments such as Calendly/HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendars, or Outlook Calendars
- Versatile, high-level appointment setter
- Strong organisation and time management
