Role Overview
The Director of Brand & Product will act as the connective tissue across product innovation, brand strategy, and retail marketing execution. This role owns the full lifecycle of our product portfolio & pipeline development.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end product roadmap, define positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks for all new & core products, lead and oversee the end to end go-to-market campaign process, and partner with Sales teams to develop channel-specific strategies and programs.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional marketing experience
- Experience in Beauty industry strongly preferred
- Detailed, thorough + organized
- Ability to synthesize data to drive business decisions
- Comfortable driving deadlines and holding people accountable
- Creative problem-solving expertise
- Ability to multi-task & juggle many projects under fast-track timelines
- Ability to balance left & right-brain thinking to drive projects forward
