Role Overview

The Director of Brand & Product will act as the connective tissue across product innovation, brand strategy, and retail marketing execution. This role owns the full lifecycle of our product portfolio & pipeline development.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end product roadmap, define positioning, messaging, and narrative frameworks for all new & core products, lead and oversee the end to end go-to-market campaign process, and partner with Sales teams to develop channel-specific strategies and programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience in Beauty industry strongly preferred
  • Detailed, thorough + organized
  • Ability to synthesize data to drive business decisions
  • Comfortable driving deadlines and holding people accountable
  • Creative problem-solving expertise
  • Ability to multi-task & juggle many projects under fast-track timelines
  • Ability to balance left & right-brain thinking to drive projects forward
