Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist – Inside Sales is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships for Dallas Trailer Repair Co.’s semi-trailer repair and maintenance services. This role focuses on proactive sales outreach, lead generation, account management, customer service, and coordination with operations to ensure customer needs are met.
What You Will Do
Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, emails, referrals, networking, and follow-up activities. Generate qualified sales opportunities for trailer repair, maintenance, and fleet service programs. Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers and document all sales activities within the CRM system.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales, business development, account management, or customer service experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and business software applications
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
