Role Overview
Daloopa is looking for a Director of Organic Growth & Search to own how our brand and products are discovered across traditional and AI-powered search. You will lead our strategy across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and organic experimentation, with a focus on growing high-value, non-branded discovery and qualified pipeline.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SEO, search strategy, and/or organic growth, ideally at a B2B technology, fintech or SaaS company.
- Deep expertise across SEO (including technical SEO), search intent, site architecture, and authority building.
- Strong understanding of AI search and hands-on experience with AEO/GEO strategies and experimentation.
- Track record of growing non-branded organic discovery and connecting organic programs to qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue.
- Strategic but hands-on—you can set the roadmap while also digging into search data, auditing pages, and launching experiments.
- Proficient with tools for search performance (Google Search Console), web analytics (GA4), SEO research (Semrush or Ahrefs), and AEO/GEO visibility (Profound, AthenaHQ, or similar).
- Strong cross-functional partner.
