Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of proven success in a sales or business development role within an industrial manufacturing environment (experience in the off-highway market is a major plus)
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a deeply customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and SAP
