Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of technology change across our Revenue Platforms, with a particular focus on Salesforce, MuleSoft and associated integrations. The role will involve managing day-to-day planning and delivery across ongoing project requests and wider transformation initiatives.

Key duties and responsibilities include managing project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting and decision records, coordinating delivery across projects, and partnering with various teams to translate business demand into clear delivery outcomes.

Requirements
- Strong project management experience delivering technology change across Salesforce and Revenue Platforms within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects involving Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
- Experience managing platform integrations involving middleware or enterprise integration technologies such as MuleSoft.
- Experience managing a combination of ongoing platform improvements and larger transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of project planning, dependency management, backlog coordination, UAT and release planning.
- Comfortable owning day-to-day delivery tracking, RAID management, stakeholder follow-up and escalation while working alongside a Senior Project Manager.
- Experience managing external implementation or managed service partners, including vendor performance and commercial commitments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working across global, cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple delivery streams simultaneously.
