Senior FP&A Analyst, Capital Investments

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys going beyond the numbers to understand what’s driving the business and help leaders make better decisions. In this role, you’ll partner across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, Product, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to analyze performance, develop forecasts, evaluate investments, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and return on investment.

What You Will Do

Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into actionable financial plans. Develop and monitor financial forecasts for monthly IBP and annual AOP processes. Analyze financial performance and explain key drivers and variances versus plan, prior year, and prior periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a related financial role
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business-case development skills
• Ability to turn financial data into clear recommendations and actionable business insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and building relationships across an organization
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and limited lead times
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset
