Marketing & Communications Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports Dashiell Corporation’s marketing, employee communications, and employer branding initiatives through graphic design, creative execution, campaign development, digital marketing, and communications coordination.

What You Will Do

Design and produce digital and print materials, develop visual concepts, create and execute integrated campaigns, maintain an organized library of approved photography and logos, and support internal communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Four years of directly relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing, digital communications, or a related function
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, layout, presentation design, and digital creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent design tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience maintaining websites through WordPress or a comparable content management system
• Working knowledge of UX design principles, responsive layouts, digital accessibility, and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience managing social media calendars, scheduling content, and reviewing platform analytics
• Strong editing, proofreading, and concise copywriting skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, organize stakeholder feedback, and exercise sound judgment within established priorities
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
