Inside Sales Supervisor

DASI is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily operations for the Inside Sales team, develop and coach the team to increase sales, and drive company revenue. The role involves establishing business relationships with customers, multitasking calls and emails, and achieving individual sales targets.

Requirements

• Associate degree or comparable industry experience
• 3 years of inside sales experience
• 2+ years of leading a team
• Sales track record of overachievement
• Previous experience in the aviation industry and target-based environments is a plus
