The Sales Development Representative will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes target market penetration, calling on C-suite to front-line managers, social media outreach, and more.

The SDR will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop both target account leads, and inbound marketing leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities.

Requirements
- 4-year college degree
- 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience
- High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritizing abilities
- Excellent phone-based sales and customer service skills
- Great can-do attitude and desire to learn professional sales
- Discipline to maintain high activity levels
- Competitive mindset focused on achieving goals
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications, Salesforce.com and LinkedIn a plus
