Data Engineer Business Intelligence

Role Overview

As a Data Engineer Business Intelligence, you will work in a cross-functional team within the Business Intelligence department, shaping the development and further development of the company-wide data and analysis platform. You will be responsible for the governance guidelines of the data platform and contribute to the enablement of departments in the self-service analytics environment.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include connecting and preparing large data volumes to the Databricks data platform, advising and supporting departments in the integration of data from different source systems, and developing solutions for data models, data transformations, and data stream harmonization.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in business informatics, computer science, or data science, or a comparable vocational training with several years of professional experience in the structured preparation and analysis of data. You should have a broad understanding of modern data platforms and practical experience in developing data solutions with Python/PySpark and SQL.
