Role Overview
Lead a team of analysts in delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support to key stakeholders across Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, revenue cycle knowledge, analytical agility, and leadership capability.

Drive business performance, establish team priorities, and communicate insights clearly to leaders at multiple levels of the organization. Apply critical thinking to remove barriers, resolve issues, and drive sustainable solutions.

Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, revenue cycle, or operational improvement initiatives
- Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations
- Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing technologies, or similar platforms
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication
