Marketing and Communications Project Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing, Communications & Experience Project Specialist is an important member of the Project Management Office (PMO) by leading project level initiatives that drive key business priorities. This individual coordinates timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communication to ensure effective execution across marketing, communications and experience initiatives.

What You Will Do

Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including scope, schedules, deliverables, budgets and reporting. Support with broader program planning, connecting project-level work to overall objectives. Translate goals into actionable steps, monitor progress, escalate risks or barriers, and help to identify potential solutions for leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, Organizational Leadership)
• 1-3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing/communications, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
